Tuition Assistance
DCNG has one of the most comprehensive tuition assistance programs in the United States . We will cover up to 100% of the cost of tuition for private high schools, vocational schools, associate, bachelors, and masters degrees. In some instances, we can even pay up to 100% for a soldier to pursue an M.D., D.O., P.A., or J.D.

We have federal tuition assistance of up to 100% for undergraduate and graduate degrees with limits of $250 per semester hour, $167 per quarter hour, and $16.66 per clock hour up to $4,500 per year. See the following resource links below for additional information.

District of Columbia (DC) Air and Army National Guardsmen have up to $6,000 in tuition assistance available to them for their education endeavors.  Army National Guardsmen have both federal ($4,500) and state tuition assistance ($1,500) available to them for every fiscal year they participate in the Guard.  DC Air National Guardsmen do not have the option of using federal tuition assistance.  Therefore, the state tuition assistance program will pay up to $6,000 per fiscal year for its members. To apply, fill out the District tuition assistance form and the DCNG statement of understanding form below.
