Hurricane Earl Preparation 

OTIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mass. - The 102d Intelligence Wing, Massachusetts Air National Guard, located on Cape Cod, began preparing for Hurricane Earl, Sept. 2. Hurricane Earl is expected to reach the Cape and Islands by late Friday. Senior Master Sgt Dale Swartz and Technical Sgt. Brian Savage build a sand bag barrier used to protect buildings from water damage as heavy rains and wind from the storm are expected.

OTIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mass. - Hurricane Earl heads towards the Cape and Islands Master Sergeant Stephen Portentoso moves pallets of sand bags to be used for protection against flooding from heavy rains expected with the storm. Members of the 102d Intelligence Wing, Massachusetts Air National Guard, located on Cape Cod, began early preparation for Hurricane Earl is expected to reach Cape Cod by late Friday.
