OSHA Course 
MILFORD, Mass. - Chief warrant officer three Stephen F. Breen, Safety Manager, Joint Force Headquarters, teaches the general industry Occupational Safety and Health Administration course at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Concord, New Hampshire for Massachusetts and New Hampshire Soldiers.  Breen taught the course to Mechanics, as well as senior staff officers and Department of the Army civilians. The course consists of eight required subjects, 11 electives and four optional subjects. The courses include instruction on Fire Prevention Plans, and Fire Protection, Hazard Communication, Welding, Cutting and Brazing, Blood borne Pathogens, and Powered Industrial Vehicles. Upon completion of the course the students are certified under OSHA Federal code of regulation requirements and receive a completion card from Texas Engineering. Breen is a Certified Safety and Health Official through Texas A & M University since 2008, but has been working in the safety office since 1998.  Also, Breen is a Tactical Officer for the Warrant Officer program at the Regional Training Institute.
