CAMP EDWARDS, Mass.  Col. Frank Magurn, Chief of Staff, Massachusetts Army National Guard, greets President Barack Obama at Camp Edwards, Bourne, Mass., August 18, 2011. The President landed at Otis before departing on Marine One to start his summer vacation on Martha's Vineyard. Standing with Magurn is Lt. Col. Shawn Smith, commander, 6th Space Squadron, U.S. Air Force, Col. Richard Sweeten, commander, Air Operations Group, 102nd Intelligence Wing, Massachusetts Air National Guard, and Capt. Jack Newby, executive officer, Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod. Standing behind the President is Congressman Bill Keating (D), Massachusetts’s 10th Congressional District. Cape Cod and the islands are in Keating’s District.
