OTIS AIR NATIONAL BASE, Mass. – Maj. Lisa Ahaesy stands at attention during her promotion ceremony at the 102nd Intelligence Wing Headquarters, May 5, 2013. Ahaesy was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel. Ahaesy, a 25-year veteran of the Massachusetts Air National Guard, has served two overseas tours in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Her most recent assignment was the full-time state public affairs officer, Massachusetts National Guard for the past six years. Her current assignment is executive officer, 102nd Intelligence Wing, Massachusetts Air National Guard. Ahaesy’s daughters and husband attended the ceremony and pinned on her new rank.
