The Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is an all volunteer Department of Defense organization within the Secretary of Defense’s office. The mission of the ESGR is to gain and maintain support from all public and private employers for the men and women of the National Guard and Reserve. We provide free education, consultation, and if necessary, mediation for employers of Guard and Reserve employees. ESGR’s goal is to support America’s employers who share their employees with the nation to ensure our national security. As we carry out our mission here in Rhode Island, it is beneficial to all of us to have a comprehensive location to find key resources for our mutual benefit.
